During this session, you can expect to gain insights on:
• How hospitals support patients in their ability to travel with dialysis equipment
• Criteria for choosing travel destinations that accommodate Home HD needs
• The experiences and journeys of Home HD patients, providing a different perspective for home therapy nurses. The meeting will consist of a 40-minute presentation followed by a 15-minute Q&A session, allowing for an interactive discussion where you can engage directly with our speakers and your peers. Your participation is essential in shaping the future of home dialysis care and advocating for the needs of our patients. Together, we can explore new strategies and insights that can lead to better outcomes for those we serve.
